AOB's scanning error

I am so new to Cheat Engine yet I like to make one hit kill scripts because I love computer games. But some game always show 'Error while scanning for AOB's:1hk Error: thread 0: Please fill something in (100)'. I don't know what's wrong with the AOB's scanning while making the script and in fact I don't know what's wrong with the whole thing.
Will somebody please explain this to me and tell me what should I do. Thanks!
