Can't reset password, contact admin

Had to make a new account because this site is trash.

I want to login, but I forgot my password and username.
Normal sites have a "forgot username?" option. This site does not. But I can guess/brute force it.

I can't remember my password, and there's no "forgot password" option, even though the FAQ says there is.
There is a "contact admin" option, which leads to a page saying "all email options have been disabled."

What kind of sorcery do I need to do, in order to reset my previous' account password?

Go to your user control panel

i had to make a brand new account. since i forgotten my password and cleared my cookies v-v plus cant contact admin. theres like no way.

In the future, you can view staff members on this page: memberlist.php?mode=team

Then make a new account and PM an admin. (STN/SunBeam/Technojacker)
