Will CE AOB is able to locate a memory value and use /copy it for AOB injection use?

I am trying on something like HP hacking.
Learning about AOB so that I can make a script for it.

The situation is I have located the HP and max HP address and I want to make a script that it can lock the HP value as same as the max HP one, but the max HP may change when BUFF/debuff or game mode change.

Would it be possible that the AOB script can do that?
Please help if it is possible.
