I wasn't able to get Unlimited Health or Unlimited Food to work, I still get hungry and health still decreses. And does the last three options suppose to stay on for them to work? I might have gotten Super Movement Speed to work but not sure about the other two.

About all those you just mentioned, are you playing in Singleplayer host and which map so I can check.
About the three last, you suppose to just Enable the "Enable Me First", click the numpads one time and that's it, after that you just put a point into them in the player stats menu so they will apply the new value.
EDIT: The game updated today, you are most likely using the pirated version of the game.
