thank you for this, may I ask how you found the HP value?
Ammo for the special weapon you can find around the map or at ammo refill station has a seperate adress.
Also you can find the objective values like the sticky notes one by searching for double value and not the one you see on screen but how many you have cleared. so if objective says 27000/30000 you would search for 3000 as double value...
also while pointer scanning I had to go up to Max offset value 11000 and Level 11 which made my CPU go crazy so I wont be doing it for the other objetives again.
but here is a heads up: It wont give you thousands of results. I only got 2 and both worked after restart.
I hope you can add this and expand with this knowledge.

I can confirm that HP works for Gamepass but Ammo would not activate. I was able to use CE to get the ammo though.

How?
4 byte int
search for ammo in mag
shoot
search
repeat
its a dec instruction so just comment it out and done
also note that the special ammo has a seperate instruction

Nice to see something created for this game, kind of wish I had it when I was playing but I got all the achievements for the game and it was not interesting enough to continue after doing that >.<
