It makes final boss cannot be killed. I had to deactivate the cheat table to be able to proceed hurting the boss.

could u try to share the gamesave where can lanch the battle with the final boss directly

I don't think you can fight final boss directly. You need to fight the last stage to the end to finally be able to fight the boss. I got not clue where the save location on local
