#1 doesn't quite work. It seems to set it initially but it doesn't properly lock the value. You can test it by spamming walls until it stops letting you. If you turn the option off, your resources immediately shoot to 0. If you play a card that gains structure (let's say it sets structure to 35), and you toggle #1 off and on, it'll go between 7777 and 35, which to me implies that the real value is 35 and only the display value is being locked.
