Also, how can I change the hotkeys?

The trainer requires an active connection to fetch the cheats. You can click the hotkeys to change them but that is probably locked behind PRO.

Use the hotkeys. The activation buttons are for pro members.

Sounds like you didn't find the real value. I'm pretty sure that stuff is server-sided.
