Any way to make it so that cryo gives workers 100% of the time? Or get unlimited storage in stockpiles?

There's editors for the stockpiles and I didn't get far enough for the cryo stuff. Took me a long time to make this so I won't be looking for more, sorry.

P.S. there's also the stockpile addition cheat.
