they mean most trainers that have an edit value cheat like say exp multiplier they noramlly are set to a default of x1 and to change it you need to have pro membership but some of the people that upload the trainers make the default option for like exp multiplier higher then one so it can still do something for people that don't have pro

But then you couldn't lower it and not everyone wants to use those options. Goes both ways yano.
