I couldn't activate Unlimited Health, Unlimited Stamina and Super Damage.

Yes it is, i even enabled and used the other options without problem but those 3 i couldn't. Tried in combat, off combat, in main menu as well and nothing.
I'm using MS Store.

Hmm okay, the trainer was made with the Steam version so I can't guarantee it to work with Microsoft Store.

Yes, it was tested yesterday and it's working fine. Make sure activate trainer is enabled.

Okay, found out the issue. Trainer updated again and now there should not be any issues no matter where you are in the game.
