I meant are you playing on the Steam version of the game? You can also play the game via Game Pass for PC and Microsoft Store for example, which have different game patches.
This trainer is made with the Steam version of the game.

Oh haha my bad, yeah steam version is what im playing, also got all the dlcs, just got em today.

Just tested again, all DLC,
new characters, new world, same issue. 1 hit kill does not work.
Everything else works perfectly fine.

Trainer updated to support build-12431825 & added 3 cheats.
