After some real life issues, I decided to play Civilization V to relax and thought I would try Vox Populi mod also. There do not appear to be many cheat options for the mod, so I thought I would start looking for some.
I don't have as many options as are in Recifense's tables, but I think I can look for a few more things as I have time later.
Please let me know of any issues with these. I attempted to make these only affect human player.

I think I was able to get the following working with Vox Populi:
[*]Enable Damage Modifier (God Mode, One Hit Kill)
[*]God Mode
[*]One Hit Kill

I was able to add the following:
[*]Unlimited Movement
[*]Units Can Always Fight
[*]Enable Player City Production Options (Multiplier, Minimum)
[*]Minimum City Production
[*]City Production Multiplier
Now, I think this might be enough options, but I welcome feedback on what else you might need. I tried to test these options in a game for a little while and they worked fairly well for me. Let me know of any issues. I think you can easily get ahead of the AI with these options for Vox Populi.

I seem to get some random crashes, which makes finishing a Vox Populi game kind of difficult for me. The table worked well for what I played of it. I may attempt to make these type of options for base game. I know there are some tables out there, but I'm interested in playing this game right now.

I made one other small update and added the following to this trainer for Vox Populi:
[*]Set Golden Age Points To Max (End A Turn First Before Using)
I also made some slight changes to Unlimited Movement so that units on auto explore do not go the whole map when it is on.
I did a complete reinstall of everything and I seem to have somewhat better stability with this mod. I'm not sure if this is getting too much use, but enjoy the trainer if you do use it.

i forgot that civ 5 don't have that instant building of improvements for workers like civ 6 did.

True. I did attempt to find something for that, but could not nail it down in the little time I tried it. I know it's available in some other tables. I might try again later.
It wasn't too bad to manage the workers in my games I tested. I usually don't go to war too much and with these options in the trainer you are guaranteed to get ahead in science and things if you use the multipliers.
