After downloading, it says that I have to pay 60 bucks to become "pro"
Is that correct? You can only use this trainer by paying?

You can only use this with a PRO subscription, yes. But the $60 you saw was for a year membership. The monthly is $5.99.

I can't seem to activate Ctrl + Numpad 2 and Ctrl + Numpad 3 options.
