I don't know if it's maybe because you are running Cheat Engine 7.4. There is a 7.5 one. I'm not an expert but try updating it. The last version also caused me some trouble ^^ Sometimes the solution can be that simple :D

I found out that in "ValkoGames.Labyrinthine.Saves.EquipmentSave" there is a GetItemCount.
So I tried counting from 1-50 and some other random numbers.
I found the IDs from 3 Items:
Honks Maze Map
ID 1

Energy Drink
ID 11

Flare Gun
ID 12

Then I tried executing the GetItemsIDCountDictionary it returned me 2190830864544. I have no idea what to do with that xD maybe it's useless.

I also tried out few things with "RemoveCustomizationItemFromFavoritesList" and got the following results.
Since I'm only missing the event cosmetics (beside valetines) and 4 normal one, I can quite fill out the list.

2: Beanie (Green)
3: Cowboy Hat (Black)
4: Beanie (Blue)
5: Cowboy Hat (Brown)
6: ?
7: Military Cap
8: Military Boonie
9: Safari Hat
10: Sailor's Hat (Anchor)

Yea I already found additemcount stuff aswell, idk what id the tokens etc have though.
And looks like the cosmetic id's are not static, explains why it doesnt do anything on add or removeitem because these arent the real cosmetic id's

I found a way to "pickup" the Cosmetic .
Its very Simple
Its the same as u pickup the Cosmetic, but you dont need to find it just use this methode

Head over to ValkoGames.Labyrinthine.Monsters.AIManager

The function we want to invoke is StopAI
Most "???" are probably story exclusive monsters, I've only tested every monster in the cases

monsterType id's:

0 - Witch
1 - Clubfoot
2 - Smiley
3 - Wickerman
4 - Crypt Zombie
5 - Pigman
6 - Centipede
7 - Scarecrow
8 - ???
9 - ???
10 - ???

You don't. That's intended for cases that has a cosmetic in it so you dont have to find it. We have not found a way yet to set or add cosmetics (or its not public)

I managed to give myself all cosmetics.
I'll make a cheat table with a working pointer and after that I'll explain how it works.

Will be made public once my tester can confirm it works!

Can you explain my dumb brain how to execute this? ^^

They won't disappear, they simply don't move and chase you anymore
The execution is the same as the other stuff mentioned here

Ok, I'll test that again.
So far what I've seen in chinese lobbys, you can make the monsters chase, but not kill you. So basically godmod style. And I also saw someone letting the monsters disappear and reappear again.

Yea they probably use the "DespawnAI" and function, but I haven't got that to work yet.

Edit: Ok I got DespawnAI to work but it's kind of a mess to do that, also I wasn't able to spawn them again.

Worked like a charm. I was able to figure out more cosmetics and added a new list on your thread.
After I had a mouse bug, where the icon was a hand the hole time, I just restarted the game. Sadly there was an update so the pointers aren't working anymore.
This could be the buildnumber 257/16407ea42f5f04ac (when in game in a case file, top right corner)

Edit: Seems like they released an update for St. Patrick's day Event
