Any fix for skill points? It's no longer on the launcher. have 0 skill points

I have yet to add them, if at all possible. I had to start over so I have 0 and cannot do much at this point.

Is the increased rarity loot not working in full game? or can i not farm legendaries in full game now on captain? All i have gotten is blue items??? any ideas @Rhark?

Hey - the EAC bypass posted by sunbeam is missing the 5kb x64 dll - only the 3kb x86 dll
