does anyone know If I use this trainer to lets say level my stuff and save my game can i still sync my save file and play cross platform?

I dunno, I don't see why it wouldn't work.

Launch the NFL exe to not run EAC, alter your save game, save, close game & reopen with EAC enabled, upload save?

on a side note do you think there will be a way to max out ranks for each life or have all quests complete.
would like to have this option on a second playthrough and just start with max angler or paladin?

No idea, won't be looking into more options for this as I have other games to work on.
