Re-uploaded the trainer. Not sure why but it was not activating correctly in the app. Tested on Steam & working fine now. Please let me know for GOG/MS.

I got it to work earlier today, but now none of the options activate. But that's still better than another company's trainer for this, whose one hit kill causes you to die in one hit

Try closing the app & re-opening and same with the game. Make sure to use "F1 - Activate Trainer" after loading into a save and NOT in the main menu.

Yeah I finished the game now (with your trainer - thanks!). What I noticed is that sometimes you just need to close the trainer, re-open and try again. Also, quick-loading the game can cause all the trainer options to stop working, so in that case also close and re-open the trainer.
