Missing the .x64 dll from the Rar file, Downloaded it multiple times to check and its not there.

Never mind, Downloaded the attachment instead of the linked download.

Those are the tokens you gain from expeditions. You can use these tokens to buy items and start new expeditions. They are an expedition resource.
