The Suraimu Mire girl has a bugged gift where the 3rd and 4th gifts are the same tail butt plug. Upon purchasing either the 3rd or 4th, they'll both be marked as purchased.
People suggest contacting the devs via ticket but I doubt that'll work and probably get account banned seeing as the "Unlock all girls" included DLC ones.

btw you cannot delete anything since your savegame is serversided. you can only reset your progress, but I think this is not the solution you want.
Hello, I would like to know how I can unlock the clothes for the different girls, I already tried with the command tables of the previous versions and the current ones but they do not seem to work. I don't know if you can help me, I'm not good at these issues... Or if you could explain to me how to do it to unlock each of the clothes.

Delete your cache and/or registry entries, game folder, reinstall and see what will happen. This is the maximum what you can do. If you don't know how to do this, run [Link] as administrator on your PC and this will do the cache/registry cleaning part. The reinstall part still your task.
