I have something even better you will like more me thinks,
I have found how to get every mob to drop loot like they were a named monster, and how to stop named monsters from dropping gold, mana pots and healing pots. So the floor doesn't get too cluttered. (there seems to be a limit on how many items that can be on the floor)
This cheat does not effect your magic find so having more will effect the quality of the drops still.
I had one crash with this so far so take care, I will keep testing, let me know if it happens with you guys.
I had a look at Belzebub's table but this mod changes too much to make it easy, I will see if I can copy some of whats on there.
It was mostly just hard work, and trial and error.
I tracked what was accessing Magic Find, when killing a normal monster and the butcher (for the named monster)
and then read through the assembly code to see what was different.
I found what to change to make the game think a normal monster was a named monster, but it would crash when I changed that.
So I found where the game would finishes with dropping loot and I changed the monster back into a normal one, that stopped those crashes.
Hope that makes some sense.

As for the CTD it has only happened to me once with how its set up right now. I will test some more.
Could you give me some info when a crash happens, like: single or multi player, difficulty setting, floor you were on... i dont know what it could be.

got a crash only twice^ one was on 1.0025 (was at the moment when i moved mouse at newly dropped magic item)
second one was when i walked to a town portal, (your More Loot was on) but couldn't repeat it. (1.0026)
btw, is there some way to git rid of dropped items (on the ground)? as you mentioned above - there's a limit to the dropped items after reaching it nothing will drop /or maybe change this limit/remove it
Playing 1.26.0.0, difficulty is normal, both characters I tried are level 50 with maxed stats, single player in the catacombs. I keep getting ctds the second the item hits the ground Y_Y
Im sorry guys, Im not getting any crashes. Im so confused.
I have split the cheat back into its two parts, will work just the same but might help someone else work on it.
My next guess is what operating system, x84 or x64. Im Windows 10 x64.
Its hard to fix something when its not broken for me -_-
I found Cast Speed and Hit Recovery cheats, and spell levels.
Spell levels are similar to how perks work, one after another.
You can not use this to learn the spell so take care.(I will look for this next)
"Selected Spell" is which spell you have on your right click, use this to count to witch number to change if you want.
Spell levels have a cap based off your level, but do not worry if you set it too high the game puts it down to the max you can have.
I'm also on windows 10 x64, and am just baffled by this. No idea why it's happening. I can successfully use the 50,000 gold cheat, infinite health/mana, stats etc.
Made a version 2 of the loot cheat, they both do the same thing Im just hoping this one helps the people with CTD.
Version 2 does a search for where to add the cheat so might help.
If it does not turn on that means it can not find the spot, tell me if this happens might help me find out whats wrong.

Nice. One of the things it really it needs is autoadjustment for the pointers so that the table could work with any new version of the game without updating it manually all the time. Also we can use lua scripts to automatically attach the table to the game process, for example adding it at the very bottom of the table:
Also in the first table you posted with perks (linked in op), you could cheat the amount of perk points by setting the very last value between AA and FF to get about 80 to 96 perk points for free. You think that can be exploited?
And how about permanent Fury/Infravision (from Seeing spell/relict) effect?
Can confirm crash with the loot thingy though, no idea why. The moment I press alt or try to pick it up ctd happens. Also on summoner, when his minions die they're expected to drop items or something too? So that crashes as well. That might affect golems too.
As for magic find, the way it works is that there are predetermined drops for enemies the moment you enter the level/seed of the game (confirmation needed) per each mf% value. So for example a boss pack is expected to drop blue at 100% mf, but can drop a unique at 150% and etc. A strategy many people use is to save before the boss and keep killing it with different mf value every time, trying to find that sweet spot with the unique drop.
Speaking of Summoner, is it possible to change the minions he's summoning? For example, what if he could summon a succubus instead of the goat guy?
