How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Fast Travel Always On (Updates when Tab/Map-window is closed)
feel free to use it (Im assuming you have enabled view symbols (default))

Try this (merged to OP 's table, hope he doesn't mind) and basically changed it to AOB's.

added:
--alt inf ammo/item
--fixed no travel

You don't need to both PM and quote (the whole post), i get notifications :P
cant guarantee it will work, and probably i wont maintain it on future updates.
PS: didn't touch the hotkeys

Inventory editor for v 3757.2
Activate, click on item you want to edit in inventory, change value in CE.
You can freeze the value and it will persist as long as you don't click on new item, so you can mimic infinite ammo.
Do unfreeze before loading a save game as it might lead to crash.
