First thing that I have noticed that, if you will claim too much mastery rewards just in a day either vehicle you have or not, you may ban. if any car you don't have when you will try to claim Token, Licence or Boxes reward, you will not get banned if you claimed reward inside limit. In case of licence, you must be very careful, claiming too much licence without having sufficient cars will definitely ban you. However you can buy credit vehicles, then claiming reward would not ban you if it is inside limit. Only claim Boxes and Tokens when you really need them. I don't recommend claiming licence reward in case of insufficient vehicle. Do not claim rewards of R&D or championship car if do not have that car.

what about cars that are in the garage that are R&D and championship (fenyr, gt by citroen, hussarya

Yesterday I claimed boxes and tokens from S class cars which was unlocked to me in garage but yet not bought. I didn't claim anything from championship and r&d cars. Only feom token and bp cars.

It's possible. It's better to buy them when they are for sale. So you can use them in tle and mp. Otherwise you won't be able use them in online events. You'll get banned.
