So, a while time after, I tested on easiest achievment BFFs "As Portugal join to Britian".
I loaded new table for 1.10.3 version
See green mark "Achievments enabled"
But achievments list was empty as last time.
Join to Britian faction but nothing happen, achievments didn't trigger.
I used Road to 56 mod
Road to 56 is a massive overhaul mod. Chances are it breaks things, a lot.
If I find some time I'll see if it's the mod's fault. But chances are around 99%.
Not sure if I can fix it, but I'd have to do it specifically for that mod then.
You was right.
Road to 56 is too big mod and may disable achievments.
I disabled Rt56, enabled some small mod.
Launch game as Portugal and joined to aliies and huraah!!!
I got achievment BFF

As you can see Africa was decolonized and this option disable achievements in normal situation.
But with table it works! Thank you!
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
This extension contains a large amount of extra pointers for the game. It will allow you to alter much more than Recifense's script alone.
It also enables the console in ironman mode and getting achievements with mods enabled.
Instructions: Cheat Table Extension
Download the original table from Recifense and open it in cheat engine. Then open my extension in the same Cheat Engine instance. It may ask you if you want to merge or keep the current list, say yes.
Once you activate Recifense's script, the pointers should work. You can then save the merged table as a whole if you want to use it again.
If something doesn't work, please post it in this thread so I can fix it.

This will likely take a while, the modded achievements option hasn't been updated since the release version.
I'll have to re-engineer it in order to make it work. The console code should be easier, unless they changed the code a lot for the MP fix. I'll try, but it might take a while, as I said.
Despite the short patch notes, this patch changed a lot of backend code. There are likely to be a lot of mechanical changes in the next big patch and we're already feeling some of those changes when trying to make cheat tables for this 'small' hotfix. This is promising for the next big patch

No I mean we'll have to do extensive rewrites for the next patch as well.
