The table is big so i zipped it. just unpack it. CT is inside.
What you can do:
Edit Empire stats, available constructions, ritual cooldowns, edit Heroes & Units and all their stats, medals etc...
You can edit HP, ammo, morale, stamina etc on both sides in battle.
You can edit treasury, items and their durability
and most importantly you can edit provinces.
Usage:
As i've included dropdown list on many things you can't easily make mistake. There are things you should know:
you can set directly number of available construction lefts rather than freezing value.
You can give your heroes something you can't get normally for example you can replace tier 1 spells to tier 4 spells without problem or units for that matter.
When editing hero perks don't set level highr than 5 since it is a cap.
when battle starts you can be either side depending on you are attacking or defending.
In battle First Unit is allways your hero if ever exists. After your hero it follows as Tier 1 Unit 1, Tier 1 Unit 2 ....
If you don't have a hero your first unit is Tier 1 Unit 1.
Province Editor (this is little tricky);
1)your hero must be on a province that you want to edit.
2) you can set explored value as 99 to complete exploration immediately on following turn all the locations will be revealed.
3) mainy use site editor for accessing resource sites
4) if you edit for example "Ancient Crypt" to "Mythril Deposit" you will still need to fight defenders (Ancient Crypt defenders you only changed location ID here)
5) you may not see location in the game but can see in the table. Do not panic. That means you haven't discovered it yet.
6) If you see "0" in the editor that means that location slot is empty. You can easily set it to Resouce Location without problem. This is the safest way.
7) By default i only included first 5 sites (locations) but you can change offsets to access more if you know what you are doing.
8) enter Construction (C) screen and exit to see results.
9) and remember you just change location ID here not he defenders or treasures.
I've just started to learning CT making. This is my first and it may have flaws. I don't know aobscannig and thats way the table is so big. If you find offset errors please let me know.
Optional:
I have made an additional medal (cheat medal, which if you use this optional mod you still can't get it by accident neither your opponents can get it! you need to edit medal ID.)
This medal reduces gold upkeep by 25 and gem upkeep by 2 also gives swamp knowledge.
I ve done it because when you change your heroes units, your upkeep may go skyrocket.
This helps you if you wanted to. Medal ID is 24and shows as "UNUSED" do not panic. that means is not used in game if you are not using this mod.
again its optional and you dont need to download it.
If you download it make sure to backup those files before you overwrite game files.

Becareful with "Spells In library" and "Units available for hire" cheats:
as you can add news to the list however when you have no empty slot and build the next spell/unit building , you cant see newly spells/units in the appr. UI's. So just change what you have not to cause any UI bugs.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
