Is editing the attack power the same as editing your attack?, any way to test this?
this wiki explains how attack power works [Link]
But I mean, if I edit the value on the cheat engine table of attack power, is that the same as increasing my attack? or wont work exactly the same?

Also, how can I add items to the storage if the quantity of my item in the storage is 0.

Would be possible to add an option/box with all the buffs/debuff, so we can just click the box and enable/disable these buffs?

And finally, any way to edit the time of a save file/character?

it should increase attack power but just for safety i suggest adding "attackpower that you want"-1 and then adding the last attack power threw the legit way the way the game updates the attack value.

to be honest adding a box with buffs and debuffs could be possible but i think it requires using break and trace to find the function that adds buffs/debuffs adn i think it all requires the buffs and debuffs ids

about the other 2 questions i didn't understand can you elaborate about them more

So when I have 0 in the storage for an item, I cannot use the table to change the value, and I'm really a novice regarding Cheat Engine, so I'm not sure how to add certain amount of an item when I have 0 of that item in my storage.

As for the other option, I have a save file with lets say, 03:02:11 (three hours, two minutes and eleven seconds), can I change that? I got the amount in seconds, I searched it in cheat engine, and got three results, I changed all of them and the time of the character/save file was modified, but once I got into the game, and got out, then press load game, the time reverted to the previous one (I guess that's not the right ahddress or value I should search)

How hard would it be to add the thing about the buffs/debuffs?

And as last request. Is there any way to apply some bonuses/effects permanently to a character, even after closing cheat engine? Like infinite puppetter even after I used cheat engine, or permanent buff after closing cheat engine in just one character. (More health, gourds, infinite items, etc), basically I want a character that once I apply these buffs, will have it permanently:

1. Infinite buffs/always buffs
2. Infinite health
3. Infinite guard
4. Infinite stealth mode
5. Permanent mortal blade
6. Infinite items/spirit emblems (infinite spirit emblems, not 20 regular limit)
7. Infinite puppetter
8. Super fast home idol
9. Even after ng, always idols unlocked/available.

What I'm asking is probably complicated, maybe, I dont know, I would appreciate it a lot tho.

if you are trying to add an items that is 0 in quantity i think its impossible, i tried doing it myself and in the end failed so what i did was take an item i can find easily or that i have lots of and changed its item id to the item that i want.

about timer thingies i am not quite a pro with those but im trying right now to hack a timer in another game, but basically as much as its annoying using change and unchanged scans is yours safest bet to find the true timer value, i think you found the visual aspect but you can use it to find the the true function that changes the true timer by "seeing what accesses the value or using break and trace".

i dont know about the buffs and debuffs, sometimes its easy sometimes its hard you gotta play with the code and see what happens if you want a tutorial about break and trace and other ways and usages of cheat engine i suggest you watch stephan chapman youtube channel. the more ways you see people use codes and techniques the more easier it becomes.

about the last thing i know nothing, what you are asking is to change the games code and as far as i know right know cheat engine is only capable in changing code in real time, try asking cheat engine forum if its possible

So thanks to someone on Discord and trying a little bit by myself, I manage to edit a character permanently on these aspects:

1. Reducing/increasing health, guard, attack.
2. Reducig/increasing max amount of spirit emblems of a character.
3. Change the time of a save file.
4. Transfer characters from a save file to another (nothing to do with cheat engine)
5. Somehow swap items to get items with 0 items in storage.
6. Changing NG+ (this was mentioned in the post)

I've been trying like crazy to edit the values from the auto deflect by guarding, probably wont work. Someone mentioned ASM, but I really know nothing about these things, I don't even know how to use cheat engine. I've tried to check all the addresses in the script, edit them, sometimes the game crashes, etc. So for now I'll probably give up, but hopefully someone will be able to help.

Thanks for your replies, I appreciate it.

Wow, how did you manage to do all of those things?? I've been looking to edit my NG+ address forever, and max spirit emblem count editor would be great as well. Do you have a link to the Discord server?

Well you can download 100% completed savegames or hacked savegames and import them with this:

https://www.fearlessrevolution.com/sekiro/mods/274

Then of course TONS of mods that can cheat spirit emblem stuff, faster homeward idol, increase range of grappling hook, etc:

so is there a way to change team types like in the ds3 table? how about a teleportation option? such as teleporting enemies to you?

For some reason I redownloaded SEkiro and now, Cheat Engine is unable to find any pointers, always get 0 results even if I don't specify the Offset or the largest offset possibility...sounds like an anticheat to me.

They haven't updated the game in ages though, is the version still 1.06?

It has been updated, that is why I wanted to update my pointers, but Pointerscan always results 0, even if I do a blind scan or a specific offset scan. 0 results, I then goto another game to test if my CE is the problem, and its not, I find plenty of pointers to health or other stats. I think they added some kind of protection to it.

I just reinstalled the game to check and it still says 1.04. They really haven't touched it since ever. You SURE something on your system didn't change, or a CE update/setting?

All I can tell you is, if I start any game I know works, Pointer scanning is easy as a breeze, find health, generate pointer map, search for pointers with offset or without: RESULTS

With Sekiro, I am not able to do this, I get 0 everytime. Even when I set offset limit to 20000 size. So yeah if a setting is required let me know.

Hi.

I recently played with a mod ("Combat Artist" pretty awesome) and was having fun until the mod accidently DELETED one of my Combat art for good... permanently....

That kinda suck, i need it back obviously. Is there a way with cheat engine to unlock the skills individually ? I'm playing a new run right now, and I would like to keep it as "vanilla" as possible (despite the combat artist mod) so i don't really want to just "unlock all combat arts" but rather, get my CA that I lost individually (also in case this bug happens again).

SO basically : is it possible to unlock the CA individually with cheat engine ? If yes, how ? Thanks for your answer
