@Asuma there is already an excellent cheat table for that created by Geordan9 , it's the Geo's ToV Scripts V2.CT , look at it in page 19
That table doesn't have what I'm looking for.
trust me , that cheat table unlock every artes , and it allow you to use the brust and mystic artes even without the overlimit , i know because i tested that function myself , and also it allow to use brust artes and mystic artes without any restriction , just give it a try ;)

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Two things I'd want to see in the long run are the ability to add individual key items (notably over limit level 1), modify the values of items (so you can add patty into the game early etc, change their stats a bit on weapons or whatever) and the ability to use fatal strikes prior to the event (not add it to the bars, unlock mechanic I mean).
Also a stat modifier for all enemies so we can create our own difficulty between hard and unknown (ng+ run that is not carry over everything and break the game to stand a chance basically)

I went ahead and made a small table that allows you to enable all Grade Shop options even without finishing the game. I included the various "inherit" options for the sake of completeness/to satisfy my OCD, but obviously they're only gonna work when actually starting an EX New Game. All other options (10x EXP, unlock Unknown, increase max item amount to 99 etc.) are fair game, though :).
How does it work exactly ?

Do i need to start a new game or something ?

I simply enabled a few items in the list (0->1) like "XXX artes & skills" but nothing change in my current game.

Can you explain a bit ?
Most of them are only useful in a New Game+, as they are for inheriting skills, items, etc from the previous playthrough. So just enabling them mid playthrough does nothing.

But some of them are still useful, like changing the maximum item stack size, the multiplier options, or the ones that increase the character TP when they join your party.

Is there any way to unlock all artes for each character ?
I have seen the script which allow to use every arte by everyone, but all i want is the members of my team to have all their artes.

Just a simple addition that I'm sure will become obsolete soon

this will allow you to change yuri's costume to any costume even if you haven't earned it yet

It will also technically let you pick other character costumes if you go above 51 for the value (51 for instance will turn yuri into estell)

I created a dropdown for yuri's own costumes

You will need to save after selecting the costume and then load that save for the graphic to show

edit: added the other characters, but didn't make a dropdown for them, the ranges for their costumes are noted in the descriptions

edit2: added dropdowns for estelle, judith, patty, rita and karol outfit titles only
