Yes, I noticed that some skills and weight work, but for items they are not activated.
And it is also missing:

I just started with this game, Steam x64 v1.105.

Here's a table with a single script which gives you:
- a bunch of pointers for character stats, skill and so on.
- Inv. Weight Mod; scales the weight of all items in your inventory (not the items you wear though)
- Loot Scale Vis. Mod; scales the distance at which loot shows up (when you highlight items)
- Highlight Timer Mod; scales the speed for the highlight timer (I found it easier to spot items this way)
- Infinite Ammo; as name suggests - no player check though
- Infinite AP; as name suggests - player check included
- Move Speed Mod; scales the speed with which player puppet moves over terrain
- Anim. Speed Mod; scales the speed with which player puppet animation plays. Looks funny if it's not equal to move speed.

Being a Fallout fan, the game is quite good.
There are too much convenience functions missing though, so a lot of time is required to play this right.
That's time I don't have right now.
So, no updates to the script in the foreseeable future.
But, enjoy while it works!

PS.
I have not found much use for the console, but you can activate it by hitting NUMPad0+NUMPad* (make sure NUMLock is on).

See if it works - it might.
If it does not, well, I don't have the GOG version, but you could try adjusting it yourselves (team up?).

Here is a Csimbi version's CT that works with v1.1081

- Updated Csimbi's Script to work with v1.1081
- Added new Scanner Mod; For when you only want chests/lockers/boxes that have at least one item inside to be highlighted.

I've just finished the game so this would be my latest and last update for Csimbi version's CT.

- Added No Hunger Mod
- Added No Radiation Mod
- Added No Poison Mod

If you like this release, do give Csimbi a +rep here and perhaps a +rep for me too :D

Ability Points, here's how (not that you need instructions, Csimbi, it's mostly for the rest of us :) ). Copy/paste the option "Skill Points". On the new copy, open where it says "P->xxxxxx", change it from 54 to 5C, rename the option appropriately (i.e. Ability Points), save table.

When you paste something into CE, it's easier to paste it in an empty spot, then click/drag to an appropriate spot, i.e. right after the Skill Points in this case.

Console is good for item spawning, I found a site with a bunch of ID's for items just with a standard web search.

Table AtomRPG_x64_v1.1081_rev2.CT in version 1.1091 don't work. No hungry and No radiation still work.

Table crashed on aobWeaponTaker.
