Katamari Damacy Reroll Freeze Time

Figured out the code base but my cheat engine skills aren't as good so I found two addresses that control time in this game.
If someone can tell me how to combine the two to trigger, that would be very appreciated but currently freezing both addresses seems to freeze time, you can also increase/decrease the value ( one minute is a value of 1800 )

So I looked into it again, turns out each time you start the game, the address keeps changing. Can't get a lock on it so what I can tell you is to search for the unknown initial value in new search, and keep scanning until you find two address with a four digit number.
