I just uploaded all the Cheat Tables and Hash Lists I've found for ACO, either here, on Nexus or in rin.
The most complete Hash List I've seen is the one made by Eagle from rin. The most recent Cheat Tables are the number 3 (from Eagle) and 4 (ZeroPLus, uploaded here several pages ago).
Have in mind that even the most recent of them lack the contents released after the Ikaros Pack.

Krauser686 just kindly shared with us all available hash IDs for Northern Traveler and Dane Axe, two posts above yours. I could not find the perks ID you are asking for but I suppose you can get them from CE itself once you get the items in game.

I found some post Ikaros patch Hash ID including the Ezio Roman set you posted above, but also the Ikaros Pack, Helios Pack, Myrmidon (non Isu?) Pack and Melania (typo for MELAINA : phobos skin with purple wings). The txt file seems to include the corresponding perks ID as well, which is a nice touch. I did not test them but they seem legit.

I’m starting to think we’ll never find the perk id for the ezio set ability could someone on pc pls figure this out? I’m a console peasant and can’t make use of CE.
I'm not sure what you can do with Hash IDs on a console but I believe this is what you are looking for :
Ezio set legendary perks :
- Crit chance with hero strike (engraving to apply on melee weapon or bow)

- Cooldown duration for hero strike ability reduced on successful parry (engraving to apply on arms)

The engraving booster will only work if you can see the engraving tooltip.
1. Activate the CT as usual
2. Activate "Boosters" -> "Engraving x/y booster"
3. Double click on "Hit" under Filter->Value and replace the word with a string showing in the tooltip text of the engraving you want to boost, e.g. "Adrenaline per Hit" (The string is case sensitive).
4. In-game, open Inventory-> Engraving List. If the Script found the string, its current value will be shown under "Item x/y Change Value"
5. Change the value to the one you want. Go to the game and leave the Inventory
Repeat the steps for every engraving you want to boost.
IMPORTANT!
Always change to 1 value below the last value of the actual engraving level and then meet the requirement by playing normally to increase the counter by 1 and enable the next value.
After activating the new lvl normally you can boost again to the last value of the actual lvl.
If you change the value to a value of the next engraving lvl, you will break the counter.

Could you pls double check that is the complete/correct code? They seem to be two digits off from the usual 12. As an ex, here is the Ezio head code with 12: 000001C9481FADEF. I verified that it changed my perk to 50% adrenaline on assassination kill instead of the cooldown duration. I think it just defaulted to that perk instead since the one you provided doesn't exist. No problem man! I’m in the same league but confined to console. In finding this hash in particular I jumped between hxd and notepad and word and all endeavors still ended with a crash state lol. Spent hours on end and just had to give up. If you figure it out, I’m grateful. If not, still grateful. This was kinda my last check mark in the game before I retire it so it’s like a nagging ache in the back of my head lol. Cheers my friend
Dumb question - Is there a way to use this to edit console saves? I do own the PC version, and I use it for the PC version often. I'm just not sure if/how to translate that knowledge to a PS4 version.
