I was the one who sent photos for that video. I made some stupid mistakes with stats as I was newcomer to CE at that time.

Does the Spear of Leonidas have unique legendary perk? 30% armor penetration engraving is already a reward from a quest.

it is what it is, spear of leonidas possesses 4 perks in total like I shared on that screen. i assume ubi is not planning to expose this weapon to the player.
by the way if anyone can share with me the following items, would be perfect.
I need pair: pItem/HashId & pItemNameOverride/HashId (should not be 0000000000000000)

hmmm.
what I discovered so far. There are 35 types of lieutenants, 13 of 35 are unique, rest are generic.
Unique lieutenants are represented by Ids and can be swapped. I thought Roxana&Odessa is one of generic lieutenants with no HashId.

You lack:
Legendary: Iola, Roxana, Timon, Zetes the Retired
Epic: Aietes, Odessa, Apprentice

All of them are possible quest rewards (yet you don't have to give them an offer), the exception is Zetes, a mercenary from Medusa storyline, that I was supposed to kill, but took him to Adrestia, as he was unique looking.

How to make their Hash Ids show?

current version of Editor does not support swapping for generic lieutenants.
by generic i mean: no hashid assigned by the game engine, game engine reuses such object with different names, and afar all such generic (Odessa and the rest) items can be dismissed.

hope, this clears how that works.

There is none, only regular items with a unique name have a name hashid.
