The script just reads game memory to figure out what perk pointers map to perk hashes for the given game session to turn pperk entries in the inventory editor into dropdown select lists.
It doesn't allow you to do anything you couldn't before but it's easier/faster to swap perks around now as you basically don't have to deal with perk pointers or hashes at all anymore.
In terms of use, just activate it after you activate the "+Inventory Page" script, give it a few seconds and then all the pPerk1/pPerk2/etc... entries should become dropdown lists.

Yup. hashId maps to label you want to display in the dropdown list.
How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
