How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Can someone please explain to me how I use this? I downloaded it and opened it now what?

I have taken the table from ColonelRVH and added an experience multiplier. I had to remove the ability to gain multiple levels per kill to avoid overflowing the experience even for small multipliers. But it should let you level with every kill.

This is my first time writing a script so there may be some bug I haven't found, but so far it hasn't caused a bug for me.

Let me know, there was a minor patch in June, which was about a month or two after I made the table. While a minor patch might not cause any problems, there is a chance that it could.
