I mean can you put all in it
Actually Items and Upcoming Items like Deviljho , Behemoth , Lunastra , Some Event Materials are not in the Script like Wiggleworm Ticket , Red Orb and much more

From personal experience, yes, unless you use a direct mod editor in your save game files folder. I believe fearlessrevolution has some of those as well by its users. When using maxed slots however you merely need to re use it to get back all your precious jewels/effects to show up and activate.

That's General Gamehacking. Look in there. One of which is Idlehands88, he has an editor in the main thread there, whos scripts are in this table as well.

I want to initialize the Arena quest log.

Erm what? IF you read anything here prior using said Table you would know to stay away from Server sided cheat use, arena is one of those areas.
I just want to delete the record of Arena Quest. (The record of the Arena quest seems to be local storage.)

I don't know what you believe, know, or what you want to hear. But the Arena is in fact server sided. You can delete what you think you can delete (and possibly cause damage to your save file in the process) but the record will stay with Capcom for life. Deal with your mistakes. Warnings are posted left and right, no one is responsible for your own actions.
does anyone can inspect my equipment and know if i use cheat like, damage, or max skills?

Of course people can view your stat/skill changes. Tables and trainers are made in the intention of being used offline, not online. What you do and what you screw up online is up to your own judgement/fault. There are ways you can hide and play around peoples judgement in how you edit your equipment but honestly I do not feel the need to keep repeating hints/aid to every person that ask's prior reading previous pages.
