F1 2017 CPY (1.7) - DRS ALWAYS ENABLED (PARTIALLY / ATTEMPT)+MORE

This contains (pointers):
-Left Rear Tyre Wear
-Right Rear Tyre Wear
- Left Front Tyre Wear
-Right Front Tyre Wear
+ some extra stuff for tyres but i havent figured out what it does yet lol.
Also contains(Aobscan);
DRS Enabled (Partially)
DRS CL Fix (Changes CL function into 01, CL gets called at the end of DRS zone making the entire lap your DRS zone
TEST CL (Useless really, just some attempts)
When will DRS work ?
It should always work in practice sessions and qualification sessions, this will also work in the race but you still need to be 1 sec from opponent however you only need to be this close to your oppponent before the end of the lap and then you can use it the entire lap also you need to wait for the game to enable DRS.
So basicly this turns your entire lap length into a DRS zone.
Might continue to screw with this to also get the last check fixed, but i havent thought of ways of finding it without actually changing the time ingame (which will F* your lap times) and most likely i will wait for a cpy version for F1 2018.
