In other words, EAC and the company that makes it is forcing the concept of single player games and any games online or offline to prevent cheating. Shouldn't there be a law that prevents companies like this from allowing/disallowing the modification of how a program runs on "Your" system? It is your property and what you do not it, I can unplug the ethernet/wifi and have nothing todo with anyone but me.
Strictly think someone should go make a lawsuit against this that it is the user choice to run or not run this, and as a rewards/punishment remove online features.

How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.

No law that bans it, no law that allows it either.(AFAIK) Basically by buying the license to run this game we actually inadvertenly agreed to this shit somehow.

Oh, for fuck's sake, just play the game till CPY releases their version. Then watch CH change their minds, just like they did with Wildlands. "We won't make a trainer cuz EAC" - CPY cracks it, along with emulation of EAC heartbeat - "we now have released a working trainer, BUT..."

Okay so here is what I found,
EAC blocks CE from accessing the Game with OBCallbacks. There are drivers which can bypass this but I would be carful about using them as they might get you banned.
What could work however is under Settings->Extra:
