Maybe tell us what doesn't work? But this tells me you have spent zero time reading the thread, else you'd know this is a terrible way to report bugs; so at least skim the thread and see if it's a common error.

I read the thread and tried to fix it. I deleted everything except "personal_data0" and "personal_data1", reinstalled CE, changed language, ALL functions don't work for me, except time change. Maybe I did something wrong?

I have no idea if it's been addressed (35 pages is ALLOT to read through)

But when I boot up the most recent cheat table, all the options are just '------------------------------'

I have no idea what I'm selecting, and all I'm really looking for is inf health & suppressor & batteries.

Please help?

  1. Are you using the latest steam version?
  2. Have you "verified the game files"?
  3. Are you using any mods?
  4. Is the game running?
  5. Is the CT Lua script running when the table loads?
  6. Did CE attach to the process (did the Lua script auto attach work)?
  7. Did you enable the "Main Hooks"?
  8. Are you getting any error messages?
  9. Does [hook name] enable (does the box next to it toggle a red X when clicked), or does it just not work as expected?

See questions above.
But you should be seeing something like this when cheats are enabled. Try redownloading the table, this screenshot is of the table on the forum.

Mine does not look like that, but I have an old, MAYBE modded save. I don't have snakebite on my PC at the moment, but I think I did mod my save or game at one point, but I cannot remember how.

Which makes me wonder how I remove mods I can't remember, or if clearing the save would delete them..I can't FIND the save on my PC (it's not where google said it would be)

But other than that, MGSV is up to date, cheat engine is up to date, and I'm about to redownload the cheat table.

Edit: Re downloaded the cheat table, deleted my save from the in-game menu, started a new save. Got to the 'Rescue Miller' part:

CE still shows only --------------

It hooks into MGSV fine. When I load the table, it asks to execute the LUA script. I have it set to 'only when signed, else ask' and then I click 'Yes'
Though changing it to 'yes' does not fix it. I tried that.

Edit the second: What are 'main hooks'? I may have missed that part.

Edit the third: I reinstalled Snakebite mod manager to ensure I had no mods: No mods are installed.

The "Main Hooks" need to be enabled to show the options under it.
Take a screenshot of the table when attached to the game and post it here.

This is what it looks like after I

1: Boot up MGSV, load my save
2: Boot up CE, hook in to MGSV
3: Say 'yes' to activating LUA script

Sorry for not being a direct image, but the image tags were broken for me.

..Apparently I had to check 'main hooks' and everything appeared. I'm a fool

Anything else I need to check, or will the cheats just work?

Yeah, you need to enable/check the cheats you want to enable, there are also options in some of the cheats (i.e.: one hit stuns/kills can be set to kill or stun, stun is the default).
Try the "_[ I2CETState ]_" -> "_[ Load Table State ]_" -> "Load Table State : Casual ()->", it should make it a little easier.

I still have to look into that one.

It increases the amount of "bond" with any buddy you use.

OK, I managed to fix it, but some functions still don't work, like instant development.
