Need to update for 1.39

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Minimum resources doesn't work for this table. It does work on the other table here on Fearless though: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=5601&p=75186#p75186

Unfortunatley both scripts cannot run at the same time and I have no clue on how to merge them.

Not that resources matter that much when Godmode for buildings is there, but still.
