For me it was quite the opposite. HP and Energy levels kept going down and then just died. Will test it in campaign mode, i just gave it a run in the mode i was interested in (Arena).
The script just grabs pointers, you still need to set hp/energy to whatever value you want (or freeze them).

That's what i did, froze them and game just crashed. Can't find way around it.

Ok, running Arena mode. Table works so far.
Thing is one have to freeze "Current" value only and after table got all the pointer (allow'em hit u once). Did that for HP, running it like hell)

Not sure if you're autistic, and so therefore have a hard time with sarcasm, or just colorblind, because it's in red.

It's literally in the first post:
Note: You MUST take damage at least once (from an enemy or the environment) AFTER you've activated the 'Get playerBase' script to populate the addresses that refer to playerBase. This is because the hook to get playerBase is in the code that is active when you (or anyone) take(s) damage.

gives ue4 fatal error when activated playerbase, and yes I followed all the procedures. CE 7.0 Steam version

It's going to be hard to debug this without knowing your game and table version. Shall I assume the latest ones? Has the game updated since 1.6?

EDIT: Are the people still reporting issues using the UWP/Windows Store build, by chance? Windows 10?

well it does not work for me =/
the hp freeze does nothing and when i click on "playerBase" the game crashes.
steam version - idk which version; it is i s up to date
