How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Hello, I'd like to report about 1 problem (and ask 1 question):
1) I've noticed that with that cheat table activated (script), my rites cooldowns become OVER9000 (if you don't use cheat about 1 turn cooldown). At least it repetiadely happed in 1 occasion: Play as Imrik in Vortex Campaign => Launch Assurian Rite => Activate Cheat Table => ???? => Your other rites cooldown are now OVER9000 turns. Very annoying thing in my point of view.
2) How to exactly use option "Number of Available Resource Pointers"? Like for example (with mods) it shows number 13; but in fact it shows only 8 or 9 available (aka which I can freely edit)? How to get the other 4-5 for example?

Dear Recifense, is it possible to make a cheat that will grant the player ability to use the nukes multiple times during the battle (current limit is 1 time usage), i remember that i was able to use it multiple times before (i think that was a bugged save file or a table feature).
