I will take another look at getting something for EXP when I have time tomorrow. At least it's a learning experience.

I'd tried with the settings that if you put the multiplier as 4, it's safe. Anything higher will run into a higher risk of screwing the Master Quartz exp. So far now, just stick to 4. I'd tried 8 and it made one of my Master Quartz "Next EXP" to 0, forever stuck at level 1. Any higher the total EXP will go into negative value, then positive value, and repeats but the Next EXP will always be 0. All these are done when the Master Quartz are at level 1.
When the Master Quartz are at level 2, I even tried the putting the multiplier to 1024! It works because it would take a few thousand EXP more to level 3. Funnily, when it's near reaching to level 3, after a battle, the Next EXP is stuck at 0 and the total EXP would go crazy again with the negative-positive repeats.
Once the Next EXP is 0, setting back the multiplier to 1 would not fix the problem. The Master Quartz is screwed and you have to change to a new one.
I think the best way to handle all EXP is to set it to 1 instead of using a multi player. What I mean is when you need 200 Exp to level up Master Quartz, you add 199 exp to your total, do a random battle & level up. So I guess a pointer to Quartz exp is all that needed for the CT so the game won't go nuts per character.
