This table was tested on Steam version but might work for other non-steam version as well such as Rockstar Launcher and Microsoft Store.
This game utilizes BattlEye anti-cheat protection. To use the trainer, you must first deactivate BattlEye using one of these methods

2. Select Properties → General tab
3. In launch options field, enter:

1. Open Rockstar Games Launcher
2. Go to Settings → Game Settings
3. Locate and disable Enable BattlEye Anti-Cheat
4. Launch the game
The Rockstar Launcher setting also affects Steam installations. Multiplayer functionality will be disabled when bypassing BattlEye.
Warning: Anti-cheat modifications may trigger detection systems. Use only in offline/single-player modes to avoid account bans

A minimum of Cheat Engine 7.0 is required but it should work on any version regardless. I try to make my cheats compatible across variety of devices and versions.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
