The SecondsPassed value is how the game keeps track of time, you can add or decrease from this value to change the time.
If you'd like to skip forward 1 hour you simply add 3600 to the value, you could also minus 3600 from the value to go back 1 hour etc.

Here's mine I just made against the Razor1911 release. It's just infinite ammo.
Your horse stamina script could be optimized, there's no reason to generate a codecave.

Scan the money amount with "float" value type, spend it somewhere like a saloon to reduce the amount little by little until you find the exact value. It's not that hard.
