A minimum of Cheat Engine 7.0 is required but it should work on any version regardless. I try to make my cheats compatible across variety of devices and versions.

How about reading the rules and announcements made by the admins?

Sure let's read the rules:
"...Write descriptive posts - At the very least, just list the cheats available in the table but ideally, spend some effort into it and give as much information about your table/cheats as you can..."
Now download the "cheat table" here and compare it with what's posted and explain to me how they are following the rules.

These are posting guidelines aimed at people who just upload tables with empty posts. It is just a guideline for the benefit of the table maker itself and not a rule. There are many who still do this (just post an image of cheats) because they are used to this way.
The rules are linked here
viewtopic.php?t=20
Which clearly state: Do not post provocative posts/create drama or engage in public theatrics and if you have any issues, discuss it privately with staff. They also link to several detailed topics why Group X exists and if you don’t agree with how the site is being funded then it’s best to ignore it or just talk with staff privately. It is also a rule to be friendly to contributors while at this point you’re clearly heckling and obsessed with OP (this isn’t your first time).
Every big site deals with moderation issues this way. It’s done privately either over PM or over emails for variety of reasons I am not going to go into here.
If you wish to discuss this further, I suggest dropping me or any staff member a PM rather than derailing the topic further.
