If you are using Steam, rollback your game version, you can easily do it through steam, it take 3 minutes.

i have an issue to report if you can relay it. when my character rank is maxed for lord, the lord pointer doesn't recognize them. anyone have the same issue

What I noticed was after I edited them they disappeared, but it just might be this and it would also explain why the AI faction lords disappear too after I max them.
