Allow cvars for Left 4 Dead

These tables allow change console variables in games Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2 without using startup options,
batch file, sv_cheat 1, or installing sourcemod, just replace value instruction cmp from 00 on 05
For example work commands for infinite ammo, god mode, gravity, change speed survivors, gamemode, and many others ...
In game Left 4 Dead cvars, which change glow color, r_drawclipbrushes and others,
which make similar graphical things, perfect work on public servers
Cvars which change physical properties, such as velocity or duration, surely work only on local server
If you want modded engine.dll then you can find it on Nexus, where i usually upload my "mods", it called same like here
Also remember about that not need connect to public server if memory game was changed or when cheat engine are attached to game. Write -insecure in startup options, if you going play on local server with using table
