Does this work on Zero Hour from the same new steam release?

It didn't work for me, I'm using Cheat Engine 7.5

Table asks to download some cheat engine, otherwise only one cheat is available. Is this even allowed here?

as far I know there are several releases of the game, even the Disc versions are different for some countries.
