PlateUp Achievement Unlocker - Windows Store / Game Pass Version

USAGE:
1. Target process: PlateUp.exe
2. At the main menu, check the box next to "Enable Achievement Unlocker". instanceAddress should populate
3. Check the box next to the achievement you want to unlock

There are 3 conditions to whether SvT makes a table:
1. He has the time.
2. There are mono games.
3. He is able to find a way to trigger achievement unlocks.
