Table for 1.3.3 2dd2 version which lets you upgrade to 99 and enables the console in ironman mode

50% of the tables have been recreated from CEF. At this point it's just double posting so don't do that.

yea STN, CompactDisc made the table you posted as an extension to Recifense tables...you can activate both and save them as one file

Hi there, as ichatv and Darrenb209 already noted, I wrote that extension.
It's been posted in Recifense's HOI4 thread since it's an extension to that table and won't work properly without it.
