What version of the game are you using?

i am using the version 1.5.31

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I got it working by doing the following:

1. Start the game.
2. Once in the main menu, alt-tab out, start the CE, load the table and hook the game, BUT DON'T activate the table just yet.
3. Alt-tab back into the game and load your save.
4. Alt-tab out and NOW start/activate the table.

Worked for me every time but only in that order, if it fails to activate make sure you got order right and try again. Hope this helps and good luck!

Tried this many times. Does not work for me. steam latest version.

This is similiar on how i do it. the difference is that:
1. Open my cheat engine and open the table
2. Open the game
3. In Main Menu, I Alt-Tab to hook the game and then load my save
4. In the game I Alt-Tab again and activate the script

This is still working for me. Hope it Helps!!

Nope still not work, I suspect it happens by working typo when he makes a cheat table.

I can't promise the entire table works, but I tested the following and they work for me:

Minimum resources, special resources, & luxury resources
Unlimited move points
Quick system colonization
Research in 1 turn
Unlimited action points
Quick construction

i don't understand, this table was working fine for me over the last few days and then bam, i cant get it to activate, its so weird? does this game cache some sort of anti cheat engine tag or something?

lol wtf... i just tried for the 17th time...and now its working lol. the only difference is that i waited maybe a few minutes before enabling it.

If I recall correctly OP didn't make the script precompile the methods it's hooking into, so your best bet is to load/start a game, play a turn or two normally, then load the table and start turning things on
